Jose is an artist drawing inspiration from colour, life, her children, music, the wholesome surroundings of East Sussex, the South Coast and the beauty of planet Earth. Born in The Hague, The Netherlands, Jose enjoyed creative pursuits from a young age. She received a Steiner education, a BTEC diploma in Art and Design and a degree (2.1 BA Hons) in Graphic Design and has worked in and around London.

After leaving the corporate world and becoming a mother, Jose focussed her energy on artistic expression with more freedom and intuition. Jose is passionate about colour and loves to create ‘colourbursts’ to brighten up the world.

Healing from the h♡art
Everything is energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Colour holds frequencies we can use to our advantage for the purpose of healing. Combined with Jose’s other interests of the metaphysical, energy healing and self development, Jose creates works of art offering the viewer a pleasant visual experience, as well as healing. Each piece is infused through meditation with the energy of Love, Healing, Nature, Joy and Abundance.
Aside from being an artist/creator, Jose is also a qualified sound healer and Holosonic Sound therapist. Using the frequencies of sound; from crystal bowls, a wind gong, Solfeggio pipes, tuning forks and other instruments used to create these frequencies, one can facilitate their own healing journey. The art, started with exploring colour and discovering that it was the (healing) frequency of colour that was so fascinating to her, so then moving into sound healing was a natural progression.
